Role: Junior Social Media Manager

We are hiring a Junior Social Media Manager to support our social media team. You’ll help execute creative campaigns, manage daily posting, and build strong engagement for brands across various platforms.

This role is ideal for someone with basic experience in content creation and social media management who wants to grow fast in the digital world.

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Social Media Manager, you will:

Content & Posting

• Assist in managing multiple social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Create, curate, and schedule posts, reels, stories, and videos
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and goals
• Help maintain consistent posting calendars

Engagement & Community Building

• Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with the audience
• Monitor trending content, audio, and platforms daily
• Help grow online communities organically

Strategy & Research

• Support senior team members in building content strategies
• Research competitor content, trends, and new ideas
• Bring fresh creative inputs for reels and posts

Analytics & Reporting

• Track post performance using tools like Meta Insights, Instagram analytics, LinkedIn analytics
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with designers, editors, and senior social media managers
• Coordinate with content writers, video editors, and performance marketers

Basic Ads Support (Preferred, not mandatory)

• Assist in running or monitoring paid ads if required

Qualifications & Skills

To be a successful Junior SMM, you should have:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Social Media Management
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
• Basic knowledge of content trends, reels, and viral formats
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with scheduling and analytics tools
• Creativity, consistency, and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
