Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Junior Social Media & Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan monthly content calendars and campaign ideas for multiple brands.
• Work closely with design and video teams to bring creative ideas to life.
• Write engaging captions and develop brand-appropriate content.
• Coordinate photoshoots and content creation activities.
• Stay up to date with trends, reels, and digital storytelling formats.
• Engage with clients, take briefs, and ensure smooth communication.
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize content.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other major platforms.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Basic understanding of photography and videography preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment.
