Junior Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating, and posting content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Engage with audiences by responding to comments, DMs, and fostering community interactions.
• Research trends, hashtags, and competitor strategies to keep content relevant and fresh.
• Support in executing paid ad campaigns and tracking their performance.
• Assist in preparing reports on social media growth, engagement, and insights.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing team to develop creative ideas.
• Stay updated on the latest social media best practices, tools, and emerging platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or pursuing).
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their features.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow in digital marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
