Role Overview: We’re looking for a Junior Social Media & Brand Manager to join our team — someone creative, driven, and eager to grow with us. The role involves planning and managing social media content, creating strategies, collaborating with design and video teams, and ensuring consistent brand communication across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Plan monthly content calendars and campaign ideas for multiple brands. Work closely with design and video teams to bring creative ideas to life. Write engaging captions and develop brand-appropriate content. Coordinate photoshoots and content creation activities. Stay up to date with trends, reels, and digital storytelling formats. Engage with clients, take briefs, and ensure smooth communication. Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize content. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other major platforms. Excellent communication and writing skills. Basic understanding of photography and videography preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment. Must be based in Bangalore .
