About the Role: Admin / HR Executive

We’re looking for someone efficient, organised, and people-smart who can keep our agency running smoothly. If you can manage operations, handle people, and maintain structure without chaos, you’re the right fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage attendance, leaves, onboarding, and exit processes

• Handle hiring, screening, interviews, and HR documentation

• Manage vendor coordination, office supplies, bills, and admin support

• Maintain contracts, SOPs, and agency documentation

• Coordinate schedules, follow-ups, and internal communication with founders

• Track team performance and maintain HR reports

• Ensure smooth everyday office operations

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication and people-handling skills

• Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented

• Good with documentation and coordination

• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

• Experience in HR/Admin preferred
