Admin Executive

We are looking for an experienced Factory Admin Executive to join our team. 

Position: Factory Admin Executive Experience: 1-2 Years (Relevant factory/manufacturing background preferred)  

Location: ATS India works (Automated Tooling Systems India Pvt Ltd), IDA Jeedimetla, Hyderabad. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities of a Factory Admin Executive:

Factory & Facility Management

• Maintenance Oversight:

  Regularly inspect the factory premises, including the production floor, utilities (power, water, and general infrastructure.  

• Housekeeping and Hygiene:

  Manage housekeeping and janitorial staff/services to ensure cleanliness and a hygienic work environment in common areas, offices, and washrooms. 

• Security Coordination:

  Liaise with security personnel and agencies, manage surveillance systems, and oversee access control for people and materials (e.g., gate passes). 

• Utilities and Amenities:

  Ensure the consistent availability of essential amenities for employees, such as drinking water, proper seating, and functional common areas. 

• Security and Safety:

  Coordinate with security agencies, manage surveillance systems, and assist in implementing and enforcing workplace safety standards. 

• Employee Queries:

  Address and resolve administrative queries or concerns from employees related to working conditions, facilities, or administrative procedures. 

Human Resources (HR) Support:

• Assist with attendance tracking and leave records. 
• Support the employee onboarding process and maintain employee files. 
• Help coordinate training sessions or employee welfare activities. 

Inter-Departmental Coordination: Act as a liaison between the factory floor, production, sales, HR, and management to ensure a smooth flow of communication and resolve administrative bottlenecks.
