Colleague will support pension benefit calculations, client reporting, and process improvements while managing day-to-day operational activities. Will work closely with US teams and effectively coordinate with GSD teams to ensure an excellent and consistent experience in pension administration, supporting client needs. This position involves processing various transactions, overseeing pension plan administration, and managing disbursements, all within a dynamic environment that offers opportunities to develop both technical and leadership skills. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of company strategy and recognize the importance of their role in achieving organizational targets and delivering exceptional client servi

  Perform pension calculations, including QDRO, Late Retirement, and R
• MDs.Prepare and review pension participant correspondence for clie
• nts.Perform trust payment setups and reconciliation proc
• ess.Write basic queries to extract data from databases for reporting and analy
• sis.Develop and maintain client-level reports, ensuring SLA standa
• rds.Understand and update plan provisions, legal requirements, and regulatory guideli
• nes.Manage daily operational activities including out-of-scope projects on the operations floor, ensuring smooth workf
• low.Conduct workflow analysis to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improveme
• nts.Own and analyze rejects/errors data, driving corrective actions to minimize iss
• ues.Monitor and discuss daily/weekly SLAs and provide status updates to all key stakehold
• ers.Training teams on client specific plan requireme
• nts.Manage multiple client accounts efficiently, balancing priorit
