Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Accounts Receivable Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing and collecting customer accounts receivable, verifying and posting receipts, resolving any discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records. Daily tasks involve processing invoices, contacting clients for payment follow-up, reconciling accounts, and generating regular reports related to accounts receivable status. The specialist will also handle inquiries regarding billing issues and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in accounts receivable management, including invoice processing and reconciliation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and payment follow-up
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve billing discrepancies efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
