Accounts Receivable Specialist

You are invited to join our dynamic team as an Analyst specializing in Spanish Accounts Receivable. In this full-time role based in Noida, you will be responsible for managing and processing accounts receivable transactions with a focus on accuracy and compliance with company policies. Your proficiency in Spanish will be essential in effectively communicating with Spanish-speaking clients and stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, your key responsibilities will include reconciling accounts, resolving discrepancies, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the finance team to enhance efficiency and improve processes. Additionally, you will be required to prepare regular reports on the status and performance of accounts receivable activities. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree (B.com / BA / BBA) and demonstrate strong proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken. Attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential qualities for success in this position. You should also be capable of working both independently and as part of a team. The shift timings for this role are based on UK time, with adjustments to US shift timings at month end.
