Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Accounts Receivable Executive to handle client follow-ups and ensure timely payment recoveries for our booked real estate plots. The ideal candidate will come from a banking or collections background and possess good communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Make regular follow-up calls to clients with pending dues on their booked plots.
• Maintain professional yet firm communication to ensure recovery of pending plot amounts.
• Handle objections and excuses from clients effectively while maintaining a customer-friendly tone.
• Coordinate with the internal sales and accounts team to track due and overdue payments.
• Maintain detailed records of conversations, payment commitments, and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
• Escalate high-risk or non-responsive clients to senior management.
• Share daily recovery reports and payment status updates with the management.
  

Key Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in payment recovery, collections, or banking recovery roles.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Proven ability to negotiate and handle challenging conversations.
• Familiarity with basic MS Excel, CRM tools, and maintaining call logs.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
• Background in real estate, NBFCs, or banking preferred.
