Accounts Receivable Analyst

• Debtor Analysis Reporting - Conduct comprehensive analysis of debtor accounts accross India branches and present detailed reports to management on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Collection Follow-ups - Perform daily and weekly follow-ups with branches/stakeholders to ensure collection targets are met in alignment with budgeted figures.
• MIS Preparation - Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for debtor analysis, report preparation, and the presentation of various Management Information Systems (MIS) to management.
• Prepare presentations for Monthly Review Meetings (MRM), Performance Review Meetings (PRM), and Annual Conference Meetings (ACM).
• Credit Monitoring - Monitor and track the approved credit limits allocated to each branch and dealer.
• Debtor Confirmation - Collect and consolidate quarterly debtor balance confirmations from branches.
• Compliance Oversight - Oversee the implementation of compliance software across all relevant branches to ensure regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Qualification: B.Com or M.Com (MBA will be an added advantage).
• Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing or Sales Based Organizations. Experience in Agri-input industry will be added advantage.
• Skills required:
• Expertise in analysis of big data and creation of different analytical/ forecasting models.
• Candidate must have exposure to advanced excel MIS preparation.
• Experience in driving process improvement will be added advantages.
• Candidate must have good communication (Both Hindi English) and interpersonal skills.
• Good interpersonal skills are essential, as the role involves regular coordination with branch teams.
• Candidate must display quick learning or adaptability skills.
• Ability to manage stressand perform under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
