Com/M. Com Experience: Minimum 5-10 years Accounting and Financial Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP, Zoho). Analytical Skills: Efficient in MIS, Excel, data preparation Ability to analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making. Attention to Details: High level of accuracy in maintaining records and preparing reports. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Good communication in English and Hindi is required. Bengali language Preferable Ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders

Proven experience in leading Micro Irrigation companies. 15+ years in agriculture, or related technical leadership roles Strong understanding of Indian agro-climatic zones, cropping systems, and farmer behavior. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and digital agriculture tools is a plus. Additional Information Preferred Attributes: Passion for sustainable agriculture and rural development. Multilingual abilities (especially Hindi and regional languages). Willingness to travel extensively across rural India.
