Job Description

  • Detailed accounting of branch
  • Efficient in Tally
  • Working in Company with state wise Branch
  • Working at Branch level is preferred
  • Working within the state Sale through Dealer / Distributor mechanism
  • Working in Subsidy sale network is added advantage
  • Concept of Cash Credit Sale with interest factor loading on invoice
  • Dealer Remuneration / Commission with – product specific Turn Over
  • Freight Cost – Factory to Branch and onward there after- concept of truck load, route optimisation
  • Handling of multiple inventory
  • Inter Branch , HO Factory – stock transfer transaction concept
  • Finalisation of Branch Accounts/ MIS stand alone
  • Debtor / Creditor analysis
  • Overall general knowledge of GST
    • Knowledge of TDS – all section

Qualifications

  • Education - B.Com/M.Com
  • Accounting and Financial Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS), financial reporting, and tax regulations.
    • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP, Zoho).
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Efficient in MIS, Excel, data preparation
    • Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Attention to Detail:
    • High level of accuracy in maintaining records and preparing reports.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
    • Good communication in English, Hindi Bengali is required
    • Ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving:
    • Identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues related to financial data or operations.
  • Time Management:
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines.
