Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhopal for a Sales Officer and Sales Engineer. The Sales Officer and Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, generating leads, managing sales operations, and handling channel sales. The individual will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored irrigation solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Lead Generation and Sales Operations experience
  • Channel Sales skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in the agriculture or irrigation industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Agriculture, or related field
