Strong understanding of agricultural products, markets, and customer behavior.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication (Hindi, English), presentation abilities and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM platforms
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
Deep understanding of agricultural practices and irrigation systems
Open to travel for 5-7 days in a month
