💼 Experience & Education Criteria:
FinOps AR-Trainee Associate - 0- 6 motnhs exp- Bcom, BBA Freshers
✨ Excellent communication skills are a must for this role.
⭐ Required Skills:
✔ Experience in O2C Process
✔ Advanced Excel skills MUST
✔ Hands-on experience with accounting systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle) MUST
✔ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work independently and in a team
✔ Excellent attention to detail and deadline management
✔ Good verbal and written communication skills
