Accounts Receivable Executive


Location

  • Working knowledge of invoicing, ageing analysis, and collections processes.
  • Experience with accounting software / ERP systems is an advantage. (Optional) 


Responsibilities :

Accounts & Receivables Management

  • Monitor and track outstanding customer balances on a daily basis.
  • Identify invoices that are nearing due dates or have crossed payment timelines.
  • Review customer accounts and invoices thoroughly before initiating follow-ups.

Customer Communication & Follow-ups

  • Contact customers via phone and email regarding outstanding payments.
  • Maintain professional, courteous, and solution-oriented communication at all times.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Dispute & Escalation Handling

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) to resolve invoice discrepancies, billing issues, or payment disputes.
  • Follow up on escalations until resolution and payment closure.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Update payment status, collection notes, and follow-up actions accurately in the system.
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and collection activities.
  • Assist in preparing ageing reports and collection summaries for management review.

  • Ability to handle sensitive financial discussions with discretion and professionalism.
