Job Description

As a member of the team, your role will involve performing data-driven analysis and reporting through the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards. You will be responsible for identifying patterns, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and savings opportunities. Ensuring governance, controls, and compliance are critical aspects where adherence to internal policies, GAAP, and audit requirements will be key. This will include reconciling AP ledger, clearing GR/IR accounts, and validating accruals on a monthly basis. Your responsibilities will also include managing invoices and vendors, investigating and resolving discrepancies like duplicates and invoice mismatches. Process improvement and automation will be essential, involving the development and documentation of AP/P2P workflows, SOPs, control guidelines, and job aids. Leading system enhancements and tests in ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite will be part of your duties. Collaborating with Supply Chain/Procurement to streamline operations and implement efficient practices is expected. Cross-functional communication is vital as you will engage with finance, procurement, and IT teams to share insights and align on goals. Presenting findings and recommendations to AP leadership and finance stakeholders will be necessary. Additionally, operational duties and mentorship, including mentoring junior AP staff and supporting training initiatives, will be part of your role. Qualifications required for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Strong proficiency in ERPs, especially SAP, and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is preferred. An analytical mindset is essential for extracting insights from data and presenting actionable recommendations. Knowledge of internal controls, GAAP, AP accounting flow, and compliance is also necessary. Soft skills such as attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication are crucial for this role. Strong organization, time management, and collaborative instincts will further contribute to your success. This full-time, permanent role is located in Gurugram, Haryana, with a preference for up to 25% travel. The work schedule includes day shift, fixed shift, and morning shift, with a performance bonus opportunity. Benefits include Provident Fund.,
