Job Title: Supply Chain Executive Department: Operations Reports To: Director Location: Churchgate Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: Min- 4 Years Max 10 Years Gender - (Male Candidates Preferred) Job Description :- The Supply-chain Executive oversees the end-to-end supply chain, operations and logistics process, ensuring timely procurement, vendor coordination, demand planning, warehouse readiness, dispatch, and order fulfilment. Responsibilities:- 1. Manage vendor relationships for purchasing and procurement, and maintain all details of vendors / suppliers / CFA Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery. 2.Oversee order processing, returns, and customer service queries related to operations. Maintain shipment documentation and inventory records. 3. Monitor imports and liaise with clearing agents/customs where applicable. 4.Support in process optimization and reporting (e.g., cost efficiency, order accuracy, turnaround time). 5.Coordination with sales, warehouse, and customers for completing delivery as per terms mentioned in PO Visit the CHA office for documentation purpose when needed ,Maintain up-to-date database of procurement team Stay updated with lead time and notify when there is need for procurement. Additional Skills preferable:- 1.Can get things done / Go-getter Team leading skills, and have a grip over the team Strong coordination and communication skills (especially in English, Hindi and Marathi). 2.
