Business Development Executive (Offline Sales) - Gurgaon

**Job Description:** As a candidate for this role, you should have experience in Retail Activation, including activations in various venues such as societies, malls, markets, and roadshows. You will be responsible for handling vendors for printing and executing activation campaigns. Working with agencies for city or regional campaigns will also be part of your responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage vendors for printing and execution of activation campaigns - Collaborate with agencies for city or regional campaigns - Report on the identification of activities, location shortlisting, walk-ins, and the success of activation campaigns - Utilize negotiation skills effectively throughout the activation process - Demonstrate expertise in people handling and possess strong communication skills - Understand ATL/BTL marketing concepts - Familiarity with trade marketing and marketing campaign strategies This role requires a candidate who is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
