Your role will offer holistic exposure to marketing, sales, and business strategy. a. Market Research Conduct competitor analysis to derive actionable insights. Assist in pricing strategy based on market dynamics. Support in identifying new research areas relevant to our brand and business goals. b. Social Media Management Assist in planning and executing monthly social media calendars. Manage and monitor brand presence across platforms: Instagram & LinkedIn. Collaborate with content creators, designers, photographers, and other stakeholders to ensure brand-aligned communication. c. Website Coordination Regularly review and ensure high-quality content across the website. Work with the design and development team to maintain an optimised user experience. Ensure timely updates and coordinate content flow. d. Strategic Partnership Identify and initiate partnerships with relevant businesses such as salons, spas, hotels, and other lifestyle brands. Assist in building collaborative brand initiatives and joint marketing opportunities. e. Marketing Campaign Contribute to ideation, planning, and execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports for analysis. f. Influencer Marketing Reach out to and coordinate with influencers for potential collaborations. Maintain a tracker of conversations, deliverables, and performance. g. Event Coordination Help plan, organise, and represent the brand at events, pop-ups, or flea markets. Support pre-event logistics and on-ground execution. h. Public Relations Support PR activities and outreach. Maintain brand consistency in communication across external channels. i. Creative Support Participate in the creation of brand content such as reels, creatives, posts, and videos. Contribute to ideation for marketing communication and visual storytelling.
