Your role as a Sales & Marketing Executive/Manager will involve developing marketing strategies, generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and driving sales growth specifically in the field of construction chemicals. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities in construction chemicals, fostering strong relationships with clients and the dealer network, and analyzing sales data to enhance performance. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote construction chemicals, managing social media and digital marketing efforts, and participating in industry events to increase brand visibility. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or an MBA in Marketing, Business, Environmental Science, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the renewable energy, sustainability, or environmental solutions sector. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, SEO, and social media strategies will be advantageous, and you must demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
