Job Description

As a candidate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the ONLINE Business department in Vadodara. Your role will involve a strong understanding of digital product development, marketing, and customer experience. Your leadership, communication, and collaboration skills will be essential for Competency Mapping within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Identify the GAP between our Online App and competitors" App. Coordinate with vendors for development and implementation. - Design various brokerage slabs based on market competition analysis. - Develop a strategy for online client acquisition to achieve the company's annual targets. - Create and manage various contests and promotional offers for end customers throughout the year. - Design and implement a performance appraisal system while monitoring team productivity. - Manage attrition and recruitment processes to ensure team members meet their targets. - Develop training programs for various ONLINE products. - Conduct Customer Awareness and Training programs for the online App. - Design marketing campaigns to extensively promote ONLINE BUSINESS through digital media. Qualifications Required: - Graduates or MBA in Marketing with NISM certification. In addition to the above responsibilities, the ideal candidate should possess strong skills in Marketing, Sales, and Business Development. A proactive attitude towards setting up and leading teams is crucial, along with a solid technical background. Please note that the minimum required experience for this role is 5+ years in a relevant profile.,
