Accounts Manager

Position: Accounts Manager
Industry: Automobile / Dealership (Two-wheeler )
Location: Kollam

Role Overview:

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the dealership, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to supervise the entire accounts department efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, cash flow statements, and monthly/annual closing.
• Monitor bank transactions, reconciliations, vendor payments, statutory filings, and fund management.
• Handle GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESI, and all statutory compliance as per government norms.
• Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, asset management, and expense controls.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits and ensure compliance.
• Supervise and guide the accounts team and ensure accuracy in work processes.
• Manage budget planning, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management decisions.
• Liaise with banks, financing institutions, vendors, and internal departments.
• Ensure smooth financial operations of sales, service, and spare parts departments.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and uphold strong ethical standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance; CA Inter / CMA / M.Com preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience, preferably in the automobile industry.
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, Excel, and dealership accounting practices.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
