Service In charge

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the service department.
• Manage service bookings and ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and handle customer complaints effectively.
• Monitor the quality of repair and maintenance work carried out by the technicians.
• Ensure all job cards are properly created and closed with accurate billing.
• Coordinate with spare parts department for availability and timely delivery of parts.
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures and service protocols.
• Train and guide service advisors and technicians.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports.
• Achieve service revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety and manufacturer standards.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
