Job Description

Oversee the complete operations of the service department, including workshop and customer service.
Manage and supervise the team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
Plan and implement strategies to achieve service revenue targets and profitability.
Ensure timely and quality servicing and repairs of two-wheelers.
Monitor daily job cards, work allocation, billing, and job closure processes.
Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and handle escalated service complaints effectively.
Coordinate with the spare parts department to ensure availability of parts.
Ensure adherence to manufacturer guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Implement regular training and skill development for the service team.
Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance in the workshop environment.
Work closely with the sales team to drive customer retention and post-sales service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
