Job Description

  • Oversee the complete operations of the service department, including workshop and customer service.
  • Manage and supervise the team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
  • Plan and implement strategies to achieve service revenue targets and profitability.
  • Ensure timely and quality servicing and repairs of two-wheelers.
  • Monitor daily job cards, work allocation, billing, and job closure processes.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and handle escalated service complaints effectively.
  • Coordinate with the spare parts department to ensure availability of parts.
  • Ensure adherence to manufacturer guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Implement regular training and skill development for the service team.
  • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance in the workshop environment.
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive customer retention and post-sales service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
