Key Responsibilities: Ensure that all classrooms are clean, well-organized, and ready before each session. Handle classroom setup including camera positioning, laptop connectivity, microphone checks, and digital board/projector arrangements. Assist faculty and students with any immediate technical support or classroom logistics. Perform routine formatting and documentation work (MS Word, Excel, PDFs, etc.) as instructed by the operations or academic team. Monitor classroom activities to ensure adherence to institute guidelines. Report any technical or maintenance issues promptly to the concerned department. Manage classroom inventory such as markers, chargers, stationery, and ensure availability at all times. Assist with student flow during batch changes or special sessions/events. Procure and manage stock of office. Qualifications and Requirements: Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline. Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in office administration, facilities support, or operations. Prior experience in an educational or training institute is an advantage. Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.); familiarity with setting up electronic equipment (laptops, cameras, projectors). Work Style: Detail-oriented, dependable, flexible with working hours, and able to multitask effectively. Other Requirements: Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
