The candidate should be an MBA Graduate. The ideal candidate will be between 35 to 40 years of age and possess strong technical and managerial capabilities in financial operations, compliance, and reporting. 📌 Key Responsibilities Record daily financial transactions using accounting software (e.g., Tally). Finalize books of accounts: General Ledger, Trial Balance, P&L, and Balance Sheet. Generate and post sales invoices; follow up on outstanding receivables. Ensure timely filing and payment of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and manage payroll processing. Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies for statutory compliance. Oversee vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and expense claims. Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and variance analysis for management. Monitor accounts receivable ageing and ensure timely collections. Support budgeting, financial reporting, and internal/external audits. 🧠 Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable/Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, and General Ledger. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Proficiency in Tally and other accounting tools. Familiarity with local languages is an added advantage.
