Accounts Manager

Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts and Finance Executive to manage the day-to-day accounting operations as well as support the overall financial planning and reporting processes. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with accounting principles, financial regulations, and budgeting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting operations including ledger posting, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations

Maintain records of accounts payable and receivable

Prepare and review GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliance

Maintain proper documentation for financial transactions

Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Support in financial analysis and MIS reporting

Coordinate with banks and financial institutions as needed

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations

Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting software

Experience in GST return filing, TDS, and statutory compliance

Hands-on experience with bank reconciliation, invoice processing, and ledger management

Ability to prepare financial statements, budgets, and MIS reports

Good understanding of cash flow management and working capital monitoring

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Good communication skills for liaising with banks, vendors, and internal departments
