Accounts Manager

As an Accounts Manager at SGX Minerals Pvt. Ltd. in Visakhapatnam, you will oversee end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and internal controls. Your role will require expertise in accounting standards, coordination with auditors, financial analysis, and team management. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day accounting activities including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation. - Ensure timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts. - Prepare financial statements and MIS reports for management review. - Monitor cash flow, fund management, and working capital requirements. - Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory regulations. - Handle GST returns, TDS returns, and annual filings. - Prepare annual budgets, monitor budget vs actual, and analyze expenses to improve profitability. - Monitor customer accounts, collections, and outstanding management. - Implement internal controls, improve accounting processes, and maintain accurate documentation. - Lead and mentor the accounting team, allocate tasks, review work, and provide training on processes, compliance, and ERP usage. Qualifications Required: - B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred. - 8-12 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in manufacturing, mining, minerals, or plant operations. - Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Statutory Compliance, and Audits. - Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Tally, or Oracle. - Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.
