Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager with strong
expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Financial Control, and
Audit & Compliance activities. The ideal candidate should be a CA-qualified
professional with 8–10 years of relevant experience managing end-to-end financial
operations, audit support, and regulatory compliance, including international audit
coordination and preparation of both standalone and consolidated financials.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable & Receivable Management:
Supervise end-to-end AP & AR functions, ensuring timely vendor payments and
customer collections.
Monitor aging reports and resolve discrepancies with vendors and customers.
Ensure accurate billing, expense tracking, and reconciliation of receivables/payables.
Maintain compliance with tax regulations (TDS, GST, etc.).
Financial Control & Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet).
Finalize standalone financials for Indian entity and consolidated financials with
overseas entities.
Conduct Depreciation Reconciliation (SAP vs. CA Report).
Oversee journal entries, general ledger, and closing activities.
Perform Annual Turnover Reconciliation and manage MIS reporting for leadership.
Audit & Compliance:
Coordinate Statutory, Internal, and US Audits.
Manage TDS receivable reconciliation, foreign currency expense audits, and
Clause 44 expense classification.
Handle GST Audits, including preparation and reconciliation of GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C
(sales and input).
Support Transfer Pricing (TP) activities, including billing from Monocept Inc and
annual hour-wise expense allocation for return filing.
Preparation and submission of Annual Performance Report (APR) and follow-up
with relevant stakeholders.
Renew various insurance policies related to the business.
Handle other audit requirements as and when they arise.
Compliance Management:
Ensure timely completion of annual compliance activities, including filings, financial
disclosures, and returns.
Monitor adherence to applicable Indian and international accounting standards and
regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8–10 years of post-qualification experience.
Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
In-depth understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GST, TDS, TP
Regulations, and other statutory laws.
Exposure to consolidated financials, international audit practices, and transfer
pricing compliance.
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
