Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead will be responsible for driving the overall recruitment strategy, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and leading a team of recruiters to meet the organization’s talent needs. The role involves collaborating with department heads to understand workforce requirements, developing sourcing strategies, ensuring a smooth candidate experience, and driving employer branding initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's goals. Forecast hiring needs based on business growth and workforce planning. Utilize data and analytics to refine recruiting strategies and improve hiring outcomes. Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Lead efforts in building a strong talent pipeline using various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, etc.). Leverage industry trends and market intelligence to target high-potential candidates. End-to-End Recruitment Process: Oversee the recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring efficient and timely delivery. Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role. Manage candidate offer negotiations and coordinate onboarding processes in collaboration with HR Operations. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to achieve recruitment objectives. Set performance goals for the recruitment team and ensure accountability. Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to enhance the team's performance. Stakeholder Management: Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide recruitment solutions. Maintain regular communication with leadership teams to update them on recruitment progress and hiring trends. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Drive initiatives to enhance the company’s employer brand and promote a positive candidate experience. Ensure a smooth and engaging interview process for all candidates, providing timely updates and feedback. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time to fill, cost per hire, quality of hire etc.). Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process. Requirements: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources management Proven experience of 3–4 years in a lead role, demonstrating strong team management and operational ownership. Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies. Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, techniques, and recruitment best practices Good interpersonal & communication skills Ability to conduct different types of interviews i.e. structured, competency based & behavioral interviews Familiarity or work experience with HR databases, applicant tracking systems & candidate management systems Familiarity with social media Ability to prioritize and complete hiring within deadlines Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Data-driven mind-set with experience in using analytics to drive decisions. Must be willing to work in shifts Prior Experience of Bulk Hiring Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Experience: Total TA: 4 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
