About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Accounts & Finance Head to spearhead our financial planning, strategy, and governance functions. This role involves complete ownership of financial operations—ensuring precision, compliance, and analytical insights that support key business decisions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in corporate finance, accounting, financial modelling, and strategic advisory. You will be responsible for transforming complex financial data into clear insights that influence long-term organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and interpret advanced financial models (DCF, ROI, scenario & sensitivity models).
• Deliver strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead financial analysis, planning, and consulting initiatives with high accuracy.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, fund flow management, and variance reviews.
• Prepare MIS reports, executive dashboards, and business performance scorecards.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and financial guidelines.
• Strengthen internal controls, improve processes, and drive cost efficiencies.
• Supervise core accounting functions, including AP/AR, reconciliations, audits, and finalization of accounts.

Qualifications

• Education: CA, CMA (India/USA), ACCA, M.Com (Finance/Accounting), or Ph.D. in Finance/Accounting.
• Experience: 8–15 years in corporate finance, strategic planning, consulting, or senior accounting roles.
• Strong expertise in financial strategy, planning, and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in ERP platforms, BI dashboards, and advanced financial analytics tools.
