Accounts & Finance Head

Blackfrog Technologies, a Manipal-based technology startup specializing in manufacturing medical devices, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team. As an ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certified company, Blackfrog Technologies has developed patented systems to enhance immunization supply chains and deliver vaccines to remote regions across India and beyond. In this role, your responsibilities will include: - Managing day-to-day operations, recording all transactions, and updating entries in the books. - Verifying entries for accuracy and compliance. - Preparing financial statements and Cash Flow Statements to monitor liquidity. - Providing assistance and guidance to Accounts team members. - Creating Utilization Sheets for grant utilization. - Handling TDS, GST workings, and verification to ensure compliance. - Leading the audit completion process, preparing information for audit, and providing necessary working papers. - Compiling Monthly Management Information System (MIS), Budgeting, Forecasting, and analyzing Budgets vs Actuals. - Coordinating with Chartered Accountants (CAs) and consultants as needed. - Submitting documents as required by CAs and higher authorities. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess: - Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and MS Office Suite. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. - Leadership qualities to motivate and guide team members. - Leading the Accounting & Finance function to ensure complete and accurate maintenance of Books of Accounts.
