Accounts & Finance Head

The CA candidate will serve as Financial Head, overseeing all financial aspects of mineral trading, property business, and export activities. Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring compliance with Cash Credit terms as per Sanction Letter

- Compliance with statutory requirements (Income Tax, VAT, Service Tax, Excise)

- Regular interaction with Accounts Manager for account updates

- Preparing monthly cash flows, debtor and creditor positions, Profit and Loss, and Balance Sheet

- Timely entry of paperwork, including purchase orders, vouchers, bank, cash, and sales

- Reconciling creditor accounts and ensuring timely payments

- Allocating payments for bank reconciliation

- Ensuring timely payment of wages, salaries, and taxes

- Maintaining a collection process for aged debtors

- Reviewing customer credit limits and handling banking issues

- Payment follow-up with buyers, LC draft approval, and LC opening and receiving follow-up

- LC document verification, submission, negotiation, and payment follow-up

- Updating statutory compliance reports and visiting banks for outstanding payments

- Maintaining liaison with bank staff and submitting reports to concerned authorities

Requirements:

- Qualified CA with 10+ years of experience in financial management

- Proven track record in handling diverse financial tasks

- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

- Experience in mineral trading, property business, or export preferred
