Job Title: Accounts Executive Job ID: 0526 Work Mode: Remote Experience: 1 – 3 Years Salary: ₹2.6 LPA About The Role We are hiring an Accounts Executive to manage cost accounting and operational finance functions in a dynamic, product-centric environment. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in cost analysis and a passion for improving operational efficiency. You'll play a critical role in ensuring accurate costing, budget forecasting, and data-driven decision-making across production and procurement teams. Key Responsibilities Calculate accurate product and project costs including materials, labor, overhead, packaging, and logistics Track ongoing production costs and reconcile them with estimated budgets post-completion Maintain and update cost databases and Bills of Materials (BOM) Identify cost variances and recommend corrective measures Provide reliable cost data to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning Prepare and present cost analysis reports to senior leadership Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, production, procurement) for cost alignment Monitor inventory utilization and detect inefficiencies or wastage Assist during audits by furnishing cost documentation and reports Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline 1–3 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing, production, or packaging domains Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Hands-on experience with ERP or accounting software Analytical mindset with a focus on operational accuracy Clear understanding of cost structures and production workflows High attention to detail and organizational skills Why Join Us?
