Accounts Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Accounts Executive with prior hotel industry experience to join our finance team in Mumbai. The candidate must have a strong background in hotel accounting processes and should be currently residing in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting functions.
• Prepare financial reports, ledgers, and reconciliation statements.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance tasks.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable and vendor payments.
• Assist in audits, budgeting, and internal financial controls.
• Work on hotel accounting systems like Tally, IDS, , or similar.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of hotel industry experience is mandatory.
• Must be currently residing in Mumbai.
• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and financial reporting.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
