We're seeking a multi-talented individual to support our CEO and manage key financial and operational functions from the comfort of your home. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, possesses strong analytical skills, and can seamlessly pivot between diverse responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Financial Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions. Prepare financial reports (e.g., profit and loss statements, balance sheets) as required. Assist with budget tracking and expense management. Taxation: Gather and organize financial information for tax filings. Assist with compliance tasks related to local, state, and federal tax regulations. [Specify any particular tax types relevant to your business, e.g., GST, TDS, Income Tax] Management Information Systems (MIS): Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key business metrics. Collect, analyze, and present data to support decision-making. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across various systems. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Document and refine existing operational processes. Develop new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency, consistency, and compliance across various departments. Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and easily accessible. Executive Assistant to Founder: Manage his calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments. Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Conduct research and compile data for various projects. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Founder. Qualifications: Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration. Familiarity with tax principles and compliance like TDS, GST, Taxation etc. (relevant to India/US). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, etc. - specify if you have a preference). Experience in developing and documenting SOPs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a remote environment. Proactive, resourceful, and problem-solving mindset.
