Job Summary The Accounts & Admin Executive will play a crucial role in managing our company's day-to-day financial transactions and providing essential administrative support. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking and thrive in a fast-paced IT environment. Key Responsibilities Accounts Functions Bookkeeping & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable. Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests efficiently. Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly. Billing & Collections: Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner. Follow up on outstanding payments and manage accounts receivable. Payroll Support: Assist with basic payroll processing, including data entry and verification. Maintain accurate employee attendance and leave records for payroll purposes. Vendor Payments: Process vendor invoices and prepare payments as per agreed terms. Maintain vendor records and reconcile vendor statements. Financial Reporting Assistance: Preparation of basic financial reports, such as trial balances and profit & loss statements, for management review. Preparation of documents for audits and , GST and tax filings. Administrative Functions Office Administration: Manage and maintain the office environment, ensuring it's clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies. Key Responsibilities Video Editing Edit and produce dynamic short-form and long-form videos specifically for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
