About Us

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
• Record daily transactions (payments, receipts, invoices, reimbursements, etc.).
• Monitor cash flow and maintain banking relationships.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Compliance & Reporting

• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations (GST, TDS, payroll taxes, etc.).
• Coordinate with external auditors and support statutory audits.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and legal requirements.

Payroll & Vendor Management

• Manage payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and statutory deductions.
• Handle invoicing, vendor payments, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Track expenses and suggest cost optimisation strategies.

Support to Management

• Provide timely financial reports and insights to management for decision-making.
• Assist leadership in evaluating financial performance and budget planning.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or professional certification like CA/CPA preferred).
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a service-based industry or recruitment agency.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar) and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of tax compliance, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
