Together, we free up the clinical and supply chain resources required to improve the overall operating performance of healthcare.We are seeking a Finance Associate to support routine monthly close activities within Consolidations and Inter-Company processes. This role is ideal for a commerce graduate/postgraduate with up to 2 years of experience who is detail-oriented, compliance-focused, and able to execute tasks quickly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities (Monthly Close):
- Prepare and circulate various Excel reports to regional controllers within agreed timelines and make timely follow-ups for the requested data.
- Handle various monthly reports, coordination, follow-ups etc. as required from time to time.
- Track and update Trial Balance (TB) validation status in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare and publish entity master dashboard each month and track changes.
- Support on Inter-Company Report refreshes and variance resolutions.
- Capture, organize, and retain IPE system screenshots from SAP, FCCS and other systems to meet audit and compliance requirements.
- Trace and document Oracle mapping changes from system logs for proper controls.
- Manage routine report refreshes and other recurring tasks with speed and accuracy.
- Provide ad-hoc support to Consolidations and Intercompany (IC) teams.
- Simplify and automate manual excel workings by designing new templates
- To maintain folder repositories for Consolidations and Inter-company each month.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Commerce graduate or postgraduate (CA-Inter, CWA-Inter)
- 0–3 years of work experience in finance, accounting, or related areas.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including:
- Pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Medium to High Complex formulas and functions for data validation and reconciliation
- Formatting and presentation for reporting
- Proficiency with Macros, Power Query and VBA will be a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP, FCCS, Smart view will be a plus.
- Strong sense of compliance, timeliness, and accountability and has ability to handle repetitive processes with speed and accuracy.
