As part of our journey, we’re looking for an Accountant / Finance Executive who’s not just great with numbers, but also excited to work in a dynamic environment where every process you touch can grow and evolve with the business.

What You’ll Do

• Manage customer monthly payments end-to-end, ensuring smooth and timely collections.
• Handle ACH rejections / payment failures with quick follow-ups and resolutions.
• Process and manage payroll for employees in India, ensuring compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, etc.).
• Stay current on Indian payroll requirements, including labor laws, employee tax deductions, and statutory filings.
• Maintain accurate financial records aligned with Indian accounting standards (Ind AS, GST, TDS, etc.).
• Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger upkeep.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with teams to streamline billing, invoicing, payroll, and reporting processes.
• Act as a customer-facing finance partner, resolving payment queries and engaging with clients in a professional yet approachable manner.
• Assist in compliance, audits, and statutory reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. (CA Inter or equivalent certification a plus).
• 2–5 years’ experience in accounting/finance, with exposure to payroll processing and preferably in a tech or SaaS company.
• Solid knowledge of Indian accounting and payroll compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Income Tax).
• Experience with accounting/payroll tools (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or HR/payroll software).
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with financial data analysis.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills — able to simplify and explain finance topics clearly.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,919.84 - ₹52,419.25 per month
