We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant / Finance Executive to manage our financial records, compliance, and reporting with efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and daily financial transactions.
• Proficiently manage accounting software, particularly Tally ERP.
• Handle GST filings, including monthly/quarterly returns, reconciliations, and compliance.
• Manage TDS deductions, returns, and challans as per statutory requirements.
• Assist in Income Tax compliance, advance tax calculations, and coordination with auditors.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, P&L accounts, and cash flow reports.
• Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, vendor payments, and receivables.
• Handle invoicing, billing, and payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and keep updated with the latest tax laws.
• Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights to management for decision-making.
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and government authorities when required.
• Manage general office accounting tasks and support finance operations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (M.Com/CA Inter preferred but not mandatory).
• 3–5 years of proven experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Solid understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end accounting functions.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with management and external stakeholders.
