Job Title: Accountant / Finance Executive Company: Opulence Holiday Homes Pvt. Ltd. Location: Sector 20, Panchkula (On-site) Experience Required: 3–5 years About Us Opulence Holiday Homes Pvt. Ltd. is a growing name in the hospitality and real estate sector, focused on offering premium homestays and holiday experiences across India. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant / Finance Executive to manage our financial records, compliance, and reporting with efficiency and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and daily financial transactions. Proficiently manage accounting software, particularly Tally ERP . Handle GST filings , including monthly/quarterly returns, reconciliations, and compliance. Manage TDS deductions, returns, and challans as per statutory requirements. Assist in Income Tax compliance , advance tax calculations, and coordination with auditors. Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, P&L accounts, and cash flow reports . Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, vendor payments, and receivables . Handle invoicing, billing, and payroll processing . Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and keep updated with the latest tax laws. Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights to management for decision-making. Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and government authorities when required. Manage general office accounting tasks and support finance operations. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (M.Com/CA Inter preferred but not mandatory). 3–5 years of proven experience in accounting and finance. Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) . Solid understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances . Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end accounting functions. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
