Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in Gurugram.


Responsibilities:

 Accounts Payable: Process and manage vendor invoices, ensure accurate coding, and

prepare payments in a timely manner.

 Accounts Receivable: Assist in recording and tracking customer invoices, follow up on

outstanding payments, and reconcile accounts receivable balances.

 General Ledger: Assist with journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close

activities.

 Expense Reports: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with

company policies.

 Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

 Financial Analysis: Assist in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and preparing

reports for management.

 Assist in Audits: Support external and internal audits by providing necessary

documentation and information.

 Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.

 Statutory Payments - TDS, GST and Advance Tax on timely basis and filing of

monthly/Quarterly/Annual GST return and TDS return.

 Banking liasioning for opening and closing of accounts or any transaction related issues.

 Timely MIS as required by the Management.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Experience in financial forecasting and budget preparation
  • Proficiency in accounting operations, performing audits, and reconciling accounts
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with other departments
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
