Responsibilities: Accounts Payable: Process and manage vendor invoices, ensure accurate coding, and prepare payments in a timely manner. Accounts Receivable: Assist in recording and tracking customer invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and reconcile accounts receivable balances. General Ledger: Assist with journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities. Expense Reports: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies. Financial Analysis: Assist in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and preparing reports for management.
