Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Manager located in Gurugram. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and managing customer service operations.

Daily tasks include :

Managing client relationships.

Addressing client inquiries

Analyzing client needs, and implementing customer service strategies

Qualifications

• Experience in Client Services and Customer Service
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
• Proven Analytical Skills
• Ability to effectively manage client relationships and address client inquiries
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
