•Handle incoming and outgoing client calls professionally. •Communicate product and service details effectively to clients. •Maintain records of client interactions in MS Excel/Word. •Assist the sales team with follow-ups and client coordination.
• Maintain financial records and ledgers in Tally Prime. • Handle GST filing, returns, and compliance, manage TDS • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports • Reconcile, ensure proper documentation • Experience in an auditor's office is preferred
