Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Job Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with hands-on experience in ERP systems to manage our financial records, inventory, and overall accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy across modules like purchases, sales, stock, and vendor payments while aligning with the organization’s financial goals. Key Responsibilities:Maintain day-to-day accounting records in the ERP system (e.g., Tally, SAP, Zoho, Oracle, etc.) Manage inventory entries, stock audits, inward/outward tracking, and reconciliation Process and reconcile purchase orders, sales invoices, and vendor payments Monitor GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), stock transfers, and returns Prepare and submit monthly GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliances Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for real-time stock accuracy Generate financial reports, inventory statements, and expense summaries Assist in year-end closing, audits, and physical stock verifications Identify ERP-related issues and coordinate with IT/ERP vendors for resolution Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Proven experience (2+ years) working with ERP systems Strong understanding of inventory control and cost accounting principles Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a manufacturing or trading company Knowledge of GST filing, e-way bills, and statutory compliance Familiarity with ERP customization or migration will be a plus What We Offer:Competitive salary based on experience A supportive and professional work environment Opportunities for growth and learning within the organization
