Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Executive to manage client relationships, drive sales growth, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves maintaining strong client connections, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and solutions. Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Act as the primary point of contact between the company and assigned accounts. Understand client needs and propose suitable products or services. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth service delivery. Monitor account performance, handle client queries, and resolve issues promptly. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Track market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy. Prepare periodic reports on account activity, sales performance, and forecasts.
